We are privileged to have the support from our local Civic Officials especially our Town Mayor, Pat Hart, who is also our Chairperson. Pat is willing to do anything to help Trakz and this year we will be adopting her charities to benefit from the Festival. Pat is also part of our fundraising team and has specific powers over the raffle - we don't argue!!

Helen is the secretary of Trakz and lives and breathes the festival. Helen is site manager at the Railway Station and because of her post knows quite a lot about all the others. She has a reputation for being bossy!!

Ruth is our Treasurer and blamed for dreaming up the Trakz Festival. She claims she only dreamt it, Helen ran with the idea, and along with the supportive committee this is how the festival came into being. Ruth is a professional violinist and music tutor. She co-organises Conwy Ensemble and plays in various music groups. David is her long suffering husband and tends to get roped into her mad plans.

Emma is an active member of the community. She is a councillor for Conwy Town, a member of many groups such as Bloco Swn, Conwy Orchard and in her spare time a member of the Trakz Committee. Look out for Emma this year performing with the fabulous Bloco Swn!

Rowena is a very active member of the team, she is on the committee and is the site manager at the Memorial Hall
Rowena is a great organiser and makes the most delicious cup cakes - she will be selling these at Trakz

Steve is the Marshal Manager, he organises what needs doing and when and then has this way of getting everyone to help. He supports the committee at meetings and is always willing to muck in and lend a hand - he is the Secretary's right hand man. He doubles as Trakz's own auctioneer

Evie is a very active member of the team, she attends committee meetings, makes bunting, creates the programme and does her fair share of organising fringe events and fundraisers such as the Quiz and Auction. Evie is an artist maker and is site manager of the Trakz Art and Craft Fair.

Adele pulled off three sites last year and has organised two this year plus our Saturday Night Gig - which has been a challenge as she has a full time job as well. Adele is a musician herself and finds time to play in a band regularly and also run Purple Pie Productions Agency. A very accomplished lady and we love having Adele on board. Last year Adele arrived as Witch in charge of our very successful Psychic Night

Debbie fell upon Trakz last year as the face of TVConwy. Debbie has stuck with us all the way through, she continues to be at our meetings, tweets and shares all our posts and is there in the middle of the night when the committee are working into the small hours on Facebook!! Debbie is another keen team player and she makes sure that we have a record of all our special events

Roger has been our advisor on many matters. Roger is a very talented musician, you can click here to see him in action. He is a site manager at the Kate Lawrence Gwymon performance for 6th May at the Welsh Government building. He is performing himself at Site 13 on 7th May. Roger was a wiz at the website in 2015. He is a terrific asset to us at Trakz - we sincrely hope that long may our links continue

Janette has come to Trakz through the Conwy Town Council, she is a Conwy Councillor and we are so thrilled that she wants to be involved in Llandudno Junction. She knows so many residents because her day job is in the local High School "Ysgol Aberconwy". Janette is our go-between and she takes no prisoners - she is up for anything and this has made arrangements for the Confucius Classroom to be at Trakz.

Clare is our first aid minion. Clare loves us - you can see more if you click on her profile. Clare is dedicated and vibrant, she is lively in meetings and can move mountains - Clare knows everyone. As a dedicated member of St John Ambulance Cymru Clare dedicates most of her free time to events

Bill has saved our bacon in 2016, he organised all the talks and took the pressure off the rest of the committee. Bill cannot make committee night but has made sure that we keep the fundraising pot going - lets hope he can keep finding all these interesting speakers into 2017

Graham is a key member of our team, he is forever helpful and has brought a new dimension to our goals and dreams for Trakz, we have really enjoyed having him on board this year and hope that he will stay on in to the future - you really need to watch this space with Graham - hope you don't mind us using this photo!!!

This young face is our Flash Mob director, she has co-ordinated all her classes and some of our committee and hopefully we will perform at the Trakz Festival this year. Jacinta has a professional dance and stage background and I am sure she will have us working hard next year if she can fit us in to her extremely busy work schedule
